Culturetech Solutions was born from 15-plus years in the technical staffing industry, where we witnessed firsthand the impersonal treatment of individuals and the lack of diversity. Culturetech was founded in 2021 with a mission to create a more equitable and humane approach to technical staffing. As a woman owned small business, we wanted to carve out a space where the candidate truly matters and were a true end to end staffing experience truly exists. We're energized by our work and the people we serve. That starts with our unwavering commitment to our team and their families.

Graduated from State University of New York at Albany.

Zachary Sexton

Executive leader with over 30 years of sales experience from carrying a bag to leading teams with over 300 individuals. In past assignments I have been sales rep of the year 4x as well as been responsible for growing sales revenue by over $1.2B, all organically and with no merger/acquisition assistance.

In every role, always serve as executive sales sponsor to the largest customers as well as oversee recruiting and sales rep development. Create and manage growth strategies and maniacally focus on retention and minimalization of unwanted sales rep turnover which is the litmus test of a healthy organization.

Digital Media intern with 5 years of experience in short and long-form media production. Executive narrative producer for USFTV and San Francisco Fellow Alumni. Specialist in community-based narratives, political media, and brand development.

Recently graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Urban Studies from the University of San Francisco. Zachary hopes to develop his own media consultancy in the near future.
